Solution
Astutis is the preferred provider of health, safety and environmental training to Cemex operations across the UK. Astutis works closely with the Cemex UK Central HSE Team.
The Astutis Account Manager coordinates the delivery of in-company training:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate,
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate and
- IOSH Managing Safely courses at sites across the UK.
Numerous delegates have also completed these and other courses, including the NEBOSH Diploma via our UK network of open course venues and through recommendation. Astutis has also trained one of their overseas staff who combined a UK trip with attending an Astutis NEBOSH International General Certificate course.
Due to the geographical nature of the business and operational demands, a number of Cemex managers have opted to use Astutis online courses due to the flexibility of this method of learning and the proven track record of its success for organisations with staff working in different locations. The multi-media rich and highly interactive learning has provided Cemex with a very convenient alternative for successfully completing courses.
As a result of a successful relationship with Cemex, contractors are also referred to Astutis to service their health and safety training needs.
