      • Understanding the various outcomes following a serious or major accident and the legal courts/tribunals where you may have to account for investigation.
      • The role of the organisation’s Health and Safety representative as a witness
        The ‘batting order’ of being questioned as a witness.
      • Cross-examination techniques they will encounter when giving evidence and how to handle them effectively.
      • How to give clear, honest and coherent evidence under cross-examination.
      • Mock legal hearings where participants will present the evidence of their findings following the major accident investigation from the simulated exercise.
